A substantial glass cladding project covering several floors of commercial office space with glass being installed to both IPS panels, vanity and wall mirrors.The IPS panels were a special design for the customer and consisted of a 4mm grey mirror at the back with a 4mm Clear Low Iron glass at the front, laminated together with a clear PVB interlayer with a silver mesh between the layers to give this attractive effect. All aperture and holes were CNC cut for complete accuracy and the panels were bonded to laminate back boards on site.
6mm Silver Mirror, polished all round and Foil Backed were fitted to vanity mirrors and walls across all levels, the vanity mirrors were etched from the rear with soap and hand dryer symbols finished in white so that they really stood out as can be seen in the pictures. We specialise in this type of etching and CNC cut our own masking templates for sandblasting in our production plant.
All the glass was installed by our own directly employed installers on site.
